Good remote for a couple of weeks. The remote worked great in the beginning but afterwards it started to malfunction with the L3 button.

I like the color but the left trigger just started getting sticky and hard to pull

I purchased this in November of 2022, and on February 1st the right stick started having drift issues. I mostly only use my PS5 for streaming movies. These controllers are not cheap, so it should continue to work with zero issues for longer than a few months. Especially if I'm using it to watch Movies. Since it's February now; I cannot return this item. It lasted just long enough for my return policy to end. It was a nice product while it lasted; it just doesn't last that long.

Stick came broken so had to return and get a new one.

I know I would love this controller. But the delivery from Roadie was horrible. I gave the correct adress and the driver claimed he still couldn't find my house. I decided to return the product and just buy it from elsewhere.

O think this is the last controller of this kind I will buy, I’m not sure what’s going on with their joysticks.

My intention was to use it with Apple TV latest model to play games but the controller has hard time communicating. The responses were not fluid at all. I think this is great to use just with the PlayStation.

Seems to function perfect. My gripe is there was no charging cable included. We pay $70 for this revamped PS4 controller and no cable? Come on Sony.

Third fave color one (grape). Have had calibration and drift issues but exchanged it for a proper working one.

Biggest complaint is that the controller doesn't come with back buttons and that there isn't an attachment available. The haptic features and triggers are nice, but nothing more than a gimmick if you do competitive gaming.

Controller came looking like new but the the buttons stick, i wouldn't buy another controller like this again.

Ive bought two white one a black red and blue one they do get stick drift alot but not much to do til they drop the edge

I bought this new remote.. since my last one right joy stick just got worse and worse with time.. (fades right) right out of the box.. remote connects and it’s fading to the right again.. very slightly but it does.. they all do.. this is why I have my 4th ps5 remote now..

My son wanted this controller thinking her can use it with his iPad, iPhone and PS4. Unfortunately it doesn't work with any of these as of yet. Maybe an IOS update in the future with offer support for this new controller.

A dualsense controller w a sleek camo look an also be used as a bluetooth controller just hold down the share and power buttons for a few seconds till the conteollers lights start to blink rapidly and pair. Also works w Pc but only by usb-c to usb-a wired.

All PlayStation remote I feel like they do t hold a charge and later on in the week found them for 20 dollars cheaper

They didn't reinvent the wheel with this controller it's similar to what they always have made before. The price shouldn't be 60 dollars if they don't last long.

Overall this is a solid remote. The only thing i can consider better is the customizable one coming out in January 2023

You should never buy controller from best buy. They mess up very quickly, i don't know if it's a bad batch of controllers buy they mess up very quickly!! Never again!!

The grey on the bottom of the remote with the camo is sick! Honestly gotta say its better then the green camo on the ps4
