Usual problem. Drift on both joysticks after 6 months or so.

I got it to use it as my Steam Deck controller and it works well enough. One gripe I have is that it’s difficult to charge properly. You’d think you can charge it through the Steam Deck, but nope. No idea why.

Had to purchase this less than a year after buying PS5 due to drifting issue. Hopefully this one is better

This is an updated ps5 controller with an amazing color scheme. It's nothing different other than the colors. Being that from the new series of remotes, there are fewer chances of you getting the drift issue.

This controller is good so far, I haven’t experienced controller drift yet thankfully.

This is my second dualsense controller in the past 7 months. They're not as durable as the dualshock 4 controllers.

Only lasted 1.5 months. The stick drifts, when I'm not touching it. Now it's not returnable. A waste of money.

The PS5 DualSense controller feels great at first, but its durability is seriously disappointing. After just a few months of regular use, the analog sticks began drifting, and the triggers became loose. The build quality doesn’t match its price tag. It feels like Sony prioritized features over long-term reliability. For such a premium product, it breaks far too easily.

The color was different in person from the picture. My main concern was that it did not to seem to function smoothly or properly. Perhaps it was refurbished and shipped to me via online order.

Love the color. Wish Sony could fix the drift modes.

I have had to buy like 4 or 5 new controllers in almost two years.

It's a remote. no complaints nor anything new to talk about.

Like the controller but the left trigger broke on me after a couple months. Should be made better than that. Love the Dual Sense but this needs to be better.

I purchased this controller for my little brother. We selected the open box option since it said it was in excellent condition. When the controller arrived it was in VERY POOR condition. The stick buttons were both ripped and it did not arrive in the original box like items in excellent conditions are suppose to be shipped. I contacted customer service and had no help to solve my problem. I’ll never buy items from Best Buy again!

The controller was very good for a while but then it ended up needing a retool after almost a year.

It’s awesome but cheaply made. Had to return the controller I got with the console because of the R2 button after about a month of gameplay. Had to buy another meanwhile :/

Battery does too quick............................ The DS4 was better.

I would give them a 5 stars if it wasn't for the shift issue on the analog stick. mine started doing it after only a year with minimal use.
