Remote works great just has average battery life, remote dies after 3hours of use

I bought a extra playstation 5 controller and it had drift control on the left stick to the left.

Could have been a better price but seems sturdy enough.

Works greet cant reslly complain about anything thabks

Definitely a better looking controller in my opinion. handles the same as the original , I just like the black better

A extra controller is a must-have. This was a great deal for 49.99 I couldn’t beat it. Glad I purchase it from Best Buy. What a great deal. Thanks, Best buy. 

You really want my feedback? Ok here it goes... I purchased a Dual Sense, I noticed it was the wrong color and the store denied me of an exchange. Ok, I I approach the store manager and he thought it was funny to tell me he's not the manager but the guy on the picture is his twin. He obviously was not interested in my concern. I still came back and purchased a microwave and a pair of Beats, they had no issue taking my card and swiping it. Now here's the kicker and shame on Best Buy, they lowered the price on the microwave, I came back with the receipt to see if I can get it at that price and I was also denied. I'm telling you 3 strikes in less than a week and at the same location. Happy Holidays and shop wisely.

Love this controller. Looks better than the plain white ones. Playability is the same as the white ones. Picked it up on a Black Friday deal. Was a great price.

At other stores they usually have long lines. When i got there, the line was short and all i had to do was show fhem the barcode and i was done within 3 minutes

They’re cheaply made but you wouldn’t know it by the price.in this questionnaire they asked if I would recommend, are there a lot of choices?

I like controller but I'm not sure if it's me or does it seem like the x and o seem tired or getting stuck. Not to impressed

Best one yet! Love the color most of all! Ps5 controllers are way nicer than Xbox series X because of the ambient lighting & the battle combat for the lighting.

The color is NOT what I expected. It’s a lot more pink than red in person. Pictures of it look better than the real thing

Sony needs to recall these controllers. Thank god for the guarantee

Cannot go wrong with these controllers. Kids love it.

Feels great , but they need more durability in the joystick part, playing sports they won’t last past 3months

Hopefully these will continue to improve in quality but they do get worn out very quickly from regular gameplay.

Sold me a defective controller listed as 'excellent condition' but had egregiously terrible stick drift. Basically unusable and was not able to return. Got screwed and customer support was beyond useless.

It broke within the first year. It had sony warranty but you need to jump through some hopes for that and pay for shipping to send it back to them
