For some reason, the headphone jack would not work properly. I went through 3 controllers before switching to off-brand option!

Nothing feels better than a new controller. My old controllers were getting pretty beat up, so it’s always nice to upgrade

The left Thumb Stick really hurts my thumb. No other controllers have given me this issue before.

Started to have Drift issue within 2months of use.

Bought an open box one. They said it was in new condition. Got home to use it and the stick drift was worse than my old over 1 year one. Sadly instant return. Unfortunately they didn’t have a new one so I just had to return and not exchange

The white controllers with lag input and stuck drift is insane!! A known issue with Sony, yet they do nothing about it, 4 controllers I’ve bought, all 4 stick drift, I’m glad the newer better built midnight and cosmic red are now out, they are much better built.

Bought this on black Friday sale so you can't beat the price and I love the color scheme matches perfectly with my setup

The bottoms stuck so I have to return it and they were helpful when I return the item

I needed an extra controller for my PS5 in order to play multiplayer games. This was a great addition to the system.

Bought this for my hubby as a christmas present and he promptly opened it and set everything up so he could use them.

Needed it because my old one broke. They seem to break easily.

For some reason this controller was terrible. I had to take one back cause it had a grinding problem, then the thumbtacks drifted after only a few months of use. I bought another one a year later and it was much better than this for some reason

I bought an open box PS5 controller in Excellent condition but this was far from excellent. This was the grimiest controller I had ever seen and had finger gunk still in the joystick. The buttons felt mushy and you can tell that button was used for a while. I repackaged it, washed my hands and returned as soon as it got delivered. Extremely disappointed with Best Buy's quality control.

Right toggle got stuck after one month of use.. not sure if this was refurbished

This is by far the best looking controller for PS5 consoles. Try to add the console covers for a total diferent look.

I liked the sale price, mainly ! However, it's also a sturdy and nice packaging. Among with the quality product.
