This is by far the best looking controller for PS5 consoles. Try to add the console covers for a total diferent look.

I liked the sale price, mainly ! However, it's also a sturdy and nice packaging. Among with the quality product.

The software is weird. My son thought it was a really strange and that’s why he said 3 stars.

I’ve only used it for gaming on my PC. It works as it should. I just wish it would’ve included a cable for charging.

[Employee of bestbuy] Love the controller while it works. The quality of these controllers are trash so make sure you get the protection plan. Have gone through 4 or 5 since the ps5 came out.

The controller was moving to the left in the games automatically without touching any buttons. My son got it for Christmas, and he had just played for a few days. Sony has to fix this problem because the one that came with the system had a similar problem too. It is not Best Buy, it is Sony's problem.

Excellent build quality all around, almost as great as microsofts controllers this gen, but obviously prefer my ps5

It works as a controller.. nothing really much else. If you see a bad review its because they have an xbox or switch

I am sure my brother will love it when he opens it for Christmas. I love the fact that it comes in different colors

Love the look. Nice to have another controller that doesnt look the same as the one that comes wirh the console.

I liked that there was a variety of colors to choose from, and the website showed what was in stock for pick up.

The absolute worst quality controller. After only owning the original controller, it broke down within 2 months of purchase. My son was so DEVASTATED as this was a big purchase he was saving up for. We finally broke down and bought another controller which after only 18 days had a glitch and Best Buy would not exchange because it was past the 15 DAYS! This is just unacceptable and money down the tube. I thought Best Buy had much better Customer Service but obviously not. They have lost me as a customer!!!

This the 2nd replacement they break easily. Get the insurance you will need it.

Do not buy the black, it wears out way to quick. Ive replaced 3 and theyll only replace with same color, even if others are cheaper, never had as many problems with any other color.
