Remote Control Malfunction - Second Time

The issue with the remote is that it just moves in one particular direction on its own. I tried resetting it but still no luck. I am now of the belief that these remotes have an inherent problem with staying durable and fully functional.

Had an issue with mine

The battery was awful in it - would only hold a charge for 5 hours max of light gaming. Had to return it. My other PS5 controllers have been fine, but this one was a dud.
