Geek Squad Certified Open Box Fail

When I got it home, it seemed like everything was working on it, until I started playing a game. Phantom button presses, weird menu advances, incorrect actions - all super weird and I thought I was just not used to the controller (fat-fingering every action). Turns out that the action buttons (right side of the controller) are not returning from being pressed. Will be returning for a refund, but a little disappointing because I'll pay full price for a new controller (the costs of a new console).

Be careful of Open Box items

Item came in plain brown box. Did not include Orginal box packaging or inserts. Item came wrapped in bubble wrap in the box. Item had markings on the back and scratches. Very dissatisfied.
