These controllers are trash. They are way too expensive to keep getting "drift" on either trigger stick. I've had two fail.

I’m sorry, but this controllers are really bad quality. It’s shifting to the left all the time. It only lasted 1 month and I barely played!

I thought it was going to be an all white remote instead I’m using a white green and purple controller. I just wanted something plane.

DO NOT BUY open box items they say they are in excellent condition and garaunteed to work this is not true. Complete scam!

Product is garbage. Purchased this as a replacement to the one that came with the system purchased 8 months ago. This lasted 5 weeks, just outside the Best Buy return window. Obviously they want you to buy their warranty otherwise now I have to deal with Sony.

I bought this open box for in store pick up. It was in a ripped up and smashed box. It was dusty and covered in fingerprints with the dirt from the previous users hand in the creases. Best Buy didn’t bother to wipe this down. It had very minor cosmetic scratches. But other than that it works perfectly fine but for nearly the same price as a new controller this isn’t acceptable.

Not in good condition remote is faulty upon first use has very bad stick drift and sticky buttons

Bought to pair with my Steam Deck when docked. Works fairly well, have to re-pair on occasion and I wish the battery lasted longer.

New controller, stick drifting after a few weeks. Have to return for now.

The controller worked for a month and now drifts. Updating the controller doesn’t help.

Ordered this a couple weeks ago and still haven’t received it (yes i contacted them and they told me get in touch with law enforcement) that was no help btw

After waiting multiple days to receive my order of this PS5 controller, I still have not received it. FedEx tracking keys saying “out for delivery,” but it never gets delivered. I contacted Best Buy and their solution is for me to wait an additional 3-10 days while they try to track it down with FedEx!

It stopped charging I didn’t even have it 2 months before it stopped charging

I got stick drift on my 5th day of using it……………..

Joystick was faulty after just a few uses. But it was after the warranty period and now I can't even use it.

Out of 3, one works. We have a designated place to store them, clean house, clean wires, no food or water spilt on them…just a waste of money, sadly.

Great controller my son loves it but I think it’s kind of pricey and I was able to find a cheaper somewhere else

The joystick drifts with little use. It should last longer than a few months.

Works but disappointed in color. Advertised as cosmic red....cost $15 more...looks pink in person. Aside from that does everything the same as the white controller...

After about a week of using it, the joysticks would be too sensitive. Set it down lightly on a table and before you know it, you fast forwarded through half of a movie
