After about a week of using it, the joysticks would be too sensitive. Set it down lightly on a table and before you know it, you fast forwarded through half of a movie

The bluetooth on the controller didn’t work and the buttons got stuck just when i took it out the box

My son said it doesn't work and this was about two months after purchasing the item.

Stopped working correctly after 25 days. Make stick drift on left stick.

Controller is beautiful but the quality was horrible the mic port shorted out and i couldnt hear gameplay or my teammates while in a PS5 chat had to exchange but the new remote had the same issue which made think twice about shopping at bestbuy again.

this control is extremely sensitive the triggers are very sensitive that if you keep pressing them hard they eventually get lose and thats what happened to my second controller! my first controller got the analog drift after like 5 months of use, i spent 100$ to get a new controller with insurance and now its useless as well. these controllers are garbage not worth the overprice. i have xbox series x and that controller is still going at it hard! and i am a playstation fan

I bought it on April 7,2021. Its July 20 and the right stroke of controller is already drifting. Very dissapointing!!!!

Ok.. now on this item. Um yew guys are da best but. Yea on this one i went i got the control and used rewards certificate for the purchase, and the cashier thus manager declined my purchase even after shoimg them on my bestbuy app the certifacte. And the receiving email notifacation. But yes my transaction wast declined. ANYWHO INLEFT WITH NO CONTROL AND TOOK MY 70 dollers rewards outa here. *pending. I kno u guys will make it rite like always!

Controller worked for about 4 hours of gaming time before it started to stick. I don’t understand how these controllers cost so much when they aren’t built to last.

I have had this controller for less then 6 months and the controller decided to malfunction all the time. This started happening three months after purchase. The right control stick spins counter clock wise for no reason without activating it. This makes this controller unusable. I love the color and was amazing when it had worked correctly but it is too expensive to break so quickly.

This control states it is a cosmic red but looks more like pink.

Terrible. They break every 3 months. This last one I purchased lasted 1 month. Sony makes garbage and they know it

These are a gold mine for Sony at this point. They only last about a year and that’s if you baby them. I’ve ordered replacement analog modules and plan on doing my own repairs from here on out.

Controllers feel nice but everyone i get drifts after a few months. Needs resolved

I got a use ps5 controller in the box it said that it had everything in it and that was working fine but the controller was just their and it was broken

This is my 3rd ps5 controlled in 2 years. These are horribly made. I haven't spoken to a ps5 owner that doesn't have this problem. However, as of right now, doesn't appear any way around it but buying a new one, yearly.

The green one is unresponsive. I asked around, and the purple one was reportedly really good. So we returned the inoperative one for the functional one.

Just gave it as a Christmas present and not even 4 times used and it’s already not working. Useless to pay so much for something worthless
