Bad Remote

I have made 3 phone calls and was told I would receive my order by Christmas. I am HIGHLY disappointed. Would not recommended ordering online from best buy!!

High-Quality Controller at a Lower Price

Corded audio is not reliable

I've tried multiple cables and headsets/earbuds. This is my 3rd PS5 controller in theast few years with the same problem. At this point it seems intentional.
