Left stick glitch - Poor quality

Hoping this one works better than the first!

For context, I bought the first controller only two months ago. The first one has a non-working left D-pad button and the left trigger sticks. Hopefully this one does better. As a note, I wouldn't recommend the controller, but it's kind of a necessary item?

Sony why?

Not because it didnt work or because i had problems with the controller but simply because the controller isnt recognizable through PS Now on PC but somehow a Xbox controller is. Secondly a Dualsock 4 is recommended and supposedly recognizable on PS Now but with use of a USB cord (also cringy). Why do i need a Xbox controller to play PS games on PC?
