Already started drifting after less than a year of gaming and I don't play a lot everyday. Also, the rubber grip peeled, really poor quality from Sony

I bought this for my boy n it didn’t last a month good thing I bought the warranty but these are trash

Don’t waste your time. Just buy new. Buttons are bad after like two weeks.

These controllers are made So poorly. I’ve gone through 3 of them. And honestly this purple color, is my favorite of them. -‘d they were the quickest to mess up.

I have owned & used the controller for 5 weeks and the L3 button is already forcing a strong drift to the left. Waste of money. If you buy it, get the warranty.

4th controller that stops working and the sad thing about it is that i don’t play as much as I would like, the are not made to last.

After a month started bugs and controller not functional. Stuck left side while playing and I hate it! When I tried to bring it back to Best Buy. They said oh you have to go thru Sony! Never gonna buy anything from Best Buy!

Face buttons are loose and wobbly compared to my white controller that shipped with my console. The trigger buttons seem a bit off too. Will be returning this one and hope this isn’t a problem with all of the midnight black versions.

Terrible customer service I had to get a refund because I didn’t receive it

In less than two months this controller was already drifting. Thank god a I’m a total tech member and was able to exchange it

It was drifting during the first use out of tbe box. I should have known that this is an item you wanna get new if you do serious gaming

Don’t buy things online via bestbuy especially if it’s in store because then it’ll take them forever. This literally took you guys almost 2 months just to send me the controller even tho it is one of the most available products for the PS5

Ive gone through at least 6 of these since the release. The last controller broke after 2 months returned it to Sony and they sent a new one that lasted 3 weeks

Stopped working after a few weeks. My son never told me and now I can’t return it

These controllers don't last. We have had to replace 2 already since purchasing in November and now third one is starting to grind on the joysticks so will have to.replace soon

For some reason this controller is not charging, will be returning to store tomorrow

Bought an open box that a customer scammed and said it was brand new. That controller was rode hard and returned broken. Be careful on what you buy open box. It said excellent but the right trigger was about to fall off.
