My audio jack insert broke less than 2 months of having. and I am passed the return... this controller is horrible. waste of money.

It is already broken only a couple of months using something is wrong with the joystick, I have three controllers with the same problem

It took less then 30 days for both controllers R2 to start malfunctioning, adaptive triggers no longer work, they have become super touchy even if I rest the weight of my fingers on the trigger I find myself randomly shooting

It was not even been 6 months & the R2 trigger is already getting stuck. I need to really press down on it

Brought 2 different colors on the same day 19 days later both stop working on the same day buttons stop working

Waited almost 3 weeks to get my controllers i was suppesed to give iut as gifts but didnt happen… finally usingthis controller and it does not hold a charge

Didn't even have it 1 month before it stopped working and best buy would not exchange it or anything I will not be buying from them any further

3rd controlelr in 2 years now. Im not really doing much besdies maybe an occasional drop it on the CARPET floor. Yet ive somehow gone through 2 of these already

left joystick pulls to the lower left 4 ever. Paying for a 70 dollar controller that breaks after a few days is horrendous!!!

I sent it back.. the controller was completely torn apart and malfunctioning. Buying open box items in bestbuy is a lottery

Left joystick stopped working after 8 months…now having to deal with Sonys very slow warranty process that I don’t suggest anyone deals with. Worst CS over the phone.

I can’t review this product because the PlayStation 5 on the order with it did not ship. Because Best Buy won’t install security to stop bot hackers nobody has a PlayStation 5 console to use their controllers on.

Last less then a year before glitching. I replace them 1 to 2 times a year.

It’s unacceptable I was supposed to been have my controller I love bestbuy but this just makes me second think everything.

Bought controller as an open box and the toggle button was not working properly. Would not reccomend buying open box items

Order never arrived and the agent was so rude to me

Love the color ! Was woried it was going to look way different from the picture. Good grip. Only thing is it does feel abit easy to break. But overall good.
