Was the worst experience buying from best buy the cancelled my ps5 order 2 days before pick up . Unbelievable what a nightmare they cause ....never ever again will buy from them

Directional buttons stopped working or possibly never worked. I've only had the controller for a month or so.

I only used 8 times and got the drift issue. My original controller still works. Sony should fix this issue.

The Battery life sucks. If you want the battery to last more that three hours, you need to turn off all extras or plug it in.

This controller was dead on arrival this controller refused to hold a charge.

Got a playstation 5 however box was a little crushed in corner in praying to god it wasnt dropped and it still functions and works only time will tell when my friend trys it.

This thing breaks in like weeks , + they know it's bad that they don't even accept to trade it !!!

After a month and a half of use it broke. Thank god Best Buy has an insurance thingie.

Open up the package went to plug it in didn’t turn on try to take it back to the store I got it from but never got a receipt from them so couldn’t return it
