For a used product after buying from here i wont be going back to gamestop the controller was rated based on its condition and met those expectations ver well.

These are really pricey, but I'll always opt for the official controllers over third part. And, admittedly, this one just looks really slick.

Good accessory to have for multiple players and is a must have.

Great controller! Sadly the original white one did not last, so this is now my primary controller. Works great after a year of use! Shows a lot of scratches and smudges though. Also no hall effect joysticks? Last I recall the ps3 controllers had this...

My son loves this controller! The color is great and it’s easily charged. I will be back to purchase another one so he can game with his friends. The store was a great help when recommending it.

It is a quality controller. Great color and feel ,sturdy and heavy.

Best Buy purchase experience was excellent and no issues there as usual. As for this controller, it’s an excellent stock design, and superior to Xbox default controllers in a lot of ways. However, this is my 4th PS5 controller in 3 years, which is to state that the reliability and longevity on these Sony controllers leaves much to be desired. 5 stars for Best Buy, 3 stars for the Sony controllers due to reliability/longevity issues.

Best controller. Perfect size. Playstation just keeps getting better. The trigger effects and vibration make you feel like you’re in the game.

The control handles could be a little thicker and more grip. The joysticks could be a little taller..
