sticky buttons

L2 trigger on my og controller did too but eventually came loose after pressing it several times. No, it wasnt food or anything just buttons getting stuck.

(fades right) right out of the box.. remote connects and it’s fading to the right again.. very slightly but it does.. they all do.. this is why I have my 4th ps5 remote now..

But this is not Red of any form and is misleading by them calling it red. I don’t believe it to be any shade of red.

Do not buy open box items

We selected the open box option since it said it was in excellent condition. When the controller arrived it was in VERY POOR condition. The stick buttons were both ripped and it did not arrive in the original box like items in excellent conditions are suppose to be shipped. I contacted customer service and had no help to solve my problem. I’ll never buy items from Best Buy again!
