The grip is firm, the dual sense makes game playing more lively. The design is just awesome. Best controller yet.I have Small hands but even my son who has large hands enjoy the feel just like I do

The first controller I received did not hold charge. Took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it with no hassle. Works fine with the issue, solid build quality etc

The red has pinkish hues like shown in the displayed photos . If you like red in general and need a 2nd dualsense pick one up. If you have more than enough controllers maybe wait for a different shade if you want a more basic red.
