What the heck bestbuy

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My original review of this must had been removed however my feelings were still the same controller showed up box destroyed controller scuffed and scrapped bestbuy did not at all ship it properly it was shipped in an bubble envelope in surprised the controller didn’t have stuck drift after all that it went through, I no longer have the photos but would have loved to had added them at the bottom.
