What a drag

It was an open box item and I was worried that, though it looked nice, it might not function properly. Sense I had just gotten my ps5 I was worried I might be able to fully test it’s capabilities but the cashier assured me that these items are the thoroughly tested. However when I first used the controller it was clearly broken. An input constantly scrolled left. The controller asked for an update which did little. And I tried a hand full more times before i had to make a special trip out to Beaverton to return it.
