More clicky than normal

If you look up the model of any of the dual sense controllers, you can find out which revision you have (color is not always an indication). The one I purchased happens to be the newest version as of this writing. The issue I'm having is that about 40 percent of the time when I press the d-pad right button, it actually presses the up button. I wouldn't have an issue if it didn't happen so often. It has caused me to mess up quite a bit in various different games. This version does seem to have a more clicky feel to all of the face buttons compared to my previous controllers. I was hoping it just needed to be broken-in but it is still happening 2 weeks after purchasing it. I will probably exchange it soon

From the haptic feedback to the feel of it on your hands is amazing. It is very responsive and comfortable. I enjoy the sound from the controller, and the ability for the lighting in the controller to change. Sony has really outdone themselves.

Love the red color and monochrome buttons. I usually like a brighter red but the darker maroon is really nice and pretty unique.
