Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Haptic feedback is pretty cool definitely takes some getting used to but after a few rounds it becomes a natural part of the controller and gameplay I have had an issue with the x button getting stuck but the Best Buy squad took care of the issue and replaced it hassle free with free shipping to my door other than a classic controller hiccup it’s more comfortable than the DualShock 4 with a bigger base for those adult gamers out there
