Recently, the PS5 controllers have been of good quality. However, this is my third controller where the left or right stick started drifting. That being said, this has nothing to do with Best Buy, as their service is great.

My son uses this. He says he loves it and would buy it again - which is why he's buying another one right now. You figure it out

The color is so elegant and I prefer it over the default white that comes in the original package. the breathing LED in the dark is amazing. Gorgeous design and functions pretty well. I loved it!

Good looking controller, everything else is standard same old functions. Hopefully no drift stick

It's a controller, sure. It's necessary for multiple people to play at once, so I had to buy it. That said, it's the coolest, and a great iteration from the previous gen. You may have read the other reviews about the adaptive triggers, but they really need to be felt first hand (no pun intended). It's a bit larger and heavier than the DualShock 4, which may be harder on people with smaller hands, but to me, they just feel solid. I wish battery life were longer, but that's probably a trade off for all of motors doing work here. Time will tell how durable they are, but with three kids, I'm sure we'll find the limits before long. Overall, a great controller. I wish it had better battery life, but that's my only issue with it.

Controller works as it should. Buying from BestBuy is always a smart decision.
