Great Controller and Great Color

Had the experience myself. Sony will fix but I the process to get it fixed is too much. The controller is great of course and the colors that they come in are always a nice plus to the collection.

Damaged.

But when I bought it, the box was damaged. Now I don’t care if the box looked pretty or even if the box was in the best condition because it’s a box. But the controller looks used. I know for a fact that I purchased a new one. Two of the buttons were damaged like they were really hard to press down. At first, I just figured it was the haptics of the game I was playing, but the issue persisted even when I turned that feature off. The return process was simple, so I appreciated that. But I hated the fact that I had to return it in the first place. Cause I couldn’t find my old one. So that was a pain waiting for a new one. But overall, I love my new PlayStation controller. I just wish it wasn’t broken when I got it.
