These ps5 controller don’t last long Sony needs to fix or come out with a better one then the edge solution

Bought tje item and was delivered a purple controller, should have been white but whatever as long as it works I don’t care. Used it a grand total of 10 times and it stopped working. Contact customer support and they tell me to bring it into the store. I do, but since it’s out of the 15 day return I now own a controller that is decoration. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Battery life is terrible. Overall a solid controller, you’ll just keep it plugged in more often than you’d like for a wireless controller.

I asked my 7 year old his opinion and he said “You have to buy this because the controller is really good and there’s a lot of cool games” I do have to say that after almost a year and heavy usage it starts making a clicking noise. I don’t think it affects it just a little annoying.

I bought an open box excellent and it wasn’t excellent. It had lots of scratches and food stains and crumbs, like who looked at it and decided with looked like new? In the bright side, the shipping was fast and the return was seemless.

I love the color soo much! But it’s starting to malfunction. It keeps pressing different inout by itself. I’ve only had it for two months.

This is the third one that I have purchased since the PS 5 was released. They start out great, but then the joy sticks quit working. I hope Sony improves these. If you buy one spend the money and buy the warranty. You will need it.

Controller works just fine. But they only last my son like 7 month . I jave to keep buyin new one. Any hit will cause it to lag as he says

Seems to be nice with different colors, especially camouflage, liking it. But would love to have more colors specifically in camouflage

Stick drift in A MONTH! Never had this happen before. For almost $100 after tax you’d think it’d last a couple months at the very least.

The buttons feels like old and there’s a creepy sound

It’s all dirty and mess up, looks really disgusting I can’t believe that you guys just decide to sell it like that, looks like if a 4 years old kid was playing with it

Color is nice but the controller was defective when I got it. The left joystick was alright pulling left. Had to exchange it.

It's a decent controller, though my left stick has gotten stuck a couple times. It's also pretty clunky to hold, but if you use it often enough, you can get used to it fast.

the charging port broke down after a month, and i cant return it because its past the 15 day return policy Bestbuy has

PS5 controllers are a fraud. They never last 6 months without having stick drift and unresponsive buttons.

I’m not giving this 5 stars because I’m replacing my original white ps5 controller once it started drifting. I can’t give it a great review since this is a known issue that Sony ignored. Rant over

So happy to get these controllers during Black Friday sale. Loving that they have the fast C port. However one minus is that they don’t come with the C to C cable and you have to purchase separately. No other issues so far as I recently bought but will update if/when needed.

My son needed a new controller from the wear and tear from gaming he does and I know he likes the color purple so it was the perfect Xmas gift for him, He told me he likes the way the controller performs and the grip molding is so I would say this controller is a winner.

Wàs great until the stick drive stuck and now doesn't work. This is the 2nd controller to do same thing in 9 months.
