This product works very good for a while, however after a year began to give issues

Out of four controller one is not working. Make sure to buy the bestbuy extended warranty since is a pain to get the serial number for sony warranty.

The pad looks good. I like the color and it sound and vibration functions more than the joy stick that came with the ps5 console.

Bought pre-owned from best buy. Condition was listed as excellent (like new). Only realized 1 week in that the D-pad was defective (up arrow on D-pad did not work). Quality control on the pre-owned products seems to be cursory at best as a 2nd controller I purchased pre-owned had terrible drift. If you have to buy from Best Buy, recommend new. Don't even bother with pre-owned.

Functionally it’s the best controller out there but the battery life is soooo bad. After a year it lasts about 3 hours.

I went through 2 controllers since feb/2023 with the same issues , the joysticks break and get stuck .Thats why i got the warrenty

Surprisingly good with input lag over Bluetooth compared to my Xbox one controller. At first I thought it was broken, but if you use it with Bluetooth on PC you need to remove it from paired devices before plugging it in directly for adaptive triggers and haptics.

The controller itself is amazing. My problem is that I got a faulty controller with damaged speaker and I didn’t notice that until it was too late to return.

Battery life is short and you get stick drift too fast so you're constantly buying new controls. The trigger feels good and the resistance you get from the is a neat feature, but the other two problems i mentioned really keeps me from giving much credit to it. Especially with the price

Got analaog drift about 4 months after purchase. Sony's warranty will replace it for "free" but I have to ship the controller and pay for that myself. Not only that, it could be weeks before receiving a replacement. With the Joycons I was fairly forgiving, because it took over for me to experience. But in this case, Sony, I am very disappointed. Countless publications have brought up the issue, and your company should be going out of its way to make it easy to solve these kinds of problems. Just leaving this review as a warning to others thinking of picking up this controller.

Started glitching in one year. I play like once a month

It came with right stick camera stick drift. I couldn't return it and best buy told me i have to get in touch with sony...... i was asking to exchange too but they wouldn't.

It's ok for the price the remote doesn't last too long. I purchased the system and 6 months later I had to get this replacement remote.

Good remote for a couple of weeks. The remote worked great in the beginning but afterwards it started to malfunction with the L3 button.

I purchased this in November of 2022, and on February 1st the right stick started having drift issues. I mostly only use my PS5 for streaming movies. These controllers are not cheap, so it should continue to work with zero issues for longer than a few months. Especially if I'm using it to watch Movies. Since it's February now; I cannot return this item. It lasted just long enough for my return policy to end. It was a nice product while it lasted; it just doesn't last that long.

I know I would love this controller. But the delivery from Roadie was horrible. I gave the correct adress and the driver claimed he still couldn't find my house. I decided to return the product and just buy it from elsewhere.
