Controller came looking like new but the the buttons stick, i wouldn't buy another controller like this again.

These always develop stick drift. Already gone through 4 of them. Sony needs to understand that RPG games shooter games require that you need to push down L3 and R3 substantially so those buttons are gonna take a lot of abuse. Hence the stick drift do something about it.

For a new controller, it was a disappointment as the buttons were sticking in when pressed and making noises.

These controllers are not well made, but at least I purchased the protection plan.

Used excellent controller had tethered buttons. Returned and replaced.

This controller barely lasted less than 6 months. It’s the same issue with all PS5 controllers, joystick drift. The blue PS5 controller I got to replace it lasted 2 months. The original controller lasted around 3 years. Every PS5 controller since has been absolute trash.

These controllers seem to break and malfunction rather quickly. Second time replacing in less than a year.

Had ps5 for 6 months and been through 3 controllers. Stick drift is a definite problem.

Bought this controller on Oct 17 and by Dec. 10, it has continual drift.

My only complaint is that it does not come with a usb to plug it into the playstation for the initial update. You should have one that comes with the PlayStation but would be nice to have one seeing that these controllers cost a little more now.

I bought a remote July 12th 2021 and now Oct 17th 2021 I am dealing with a drift that is unfixable. I contacted Sony support was no help at all. Went on YouTube and tried different methods which worked for 2-3 days and the drift came back, tried the same methods which no longer worked. This remote was never dropped, not an aggressive user- makes no sense, this is annoying, got no choice but to buy another remote and hope for a better experience.

7 months in and the joy sticks are sticking. The original controller that cam with the ps5 has lasted longer than the newer version. Disappointing

Only reason 3 stars is because the color. Otherwise these get stick drift and battery life isnt good

Haven't used it much yet, but seems decent. Pricey for a remote, but similar price for something everywhere.

Shipping to Alaska all the way from California. Took a month or so for us to receive our order.

Since getting a PS5 I am on my 4th controller. They all have had the same issue: joystick drift. Damaged this last one in just over a month.

I JUST BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT AND THE BUTTONS STICK AND DON'T WANT TO COME BACK UP, YOU HAVE TO KEEP TAPPING THEM FOR THEM TO COME BACK UP.

Regular ps5 controller but i didnt give it a 5 because the port where my headphones connects seems to be loose

Drift stick continues to plague this device, I have replaced it 3x's already for the same problem.

Love this controller, it pairs instantly with my PS5 and the haptic feedback is fun and immersive for gaming!
