This isn’t a review of the product per se, why am I paying $70 and it doesn’t come with the cord to charge it. That makes no since to me, its wireless and needs to be charged. Do better Sony. Other than that no issues.

The color was different in person from the picture. My main concern was that it did not to seem to function smoothly or properly. Perhaps it was refurbished and shipped to me via online order.

These are the best and comfortable controllers ps5 has made. They add motion, touchpad, and sound controls all in this nice looking controller. It’s packed with way more features than the competition.

Battery does too quick............................ The DS4 was better.

I’m sure it’s a great controller but it doesn’t work for COD without downloading another app. We are keeping it because we are waiting for COD to be compatible with it.

Best controller to ever be released. Actually shows an improvement in tech with controllers as opposed to many companys just adding more expensive ones for better features. The downside is battery life.

Received the order online the controller had stick drift out the box

I had been waiting to get a PS5 and when that day finally came, I could not resist purchasing the red controller. Looks way cooler in my opinion and I have had no issues! Looks great and works great!

buttons break too fast always have to get new one almost every month

The PS5 DualSense controller feels great at first, but its durability is seriously disappointing. After just a few months of regular use, the analog sticks began drifting, and the triggers became loose. The build quality doesn’t match its price tag. It feels like Sony prioritized features over long-term reliability. For such a premium product, it breaks far too easily.

I purchased this controller for my little brother. We selected the open box option since it said it was in excellent condition. When the controller arrived it was in VERY POOR condition. The stick buttons were both ripped and it did not arrive in the original box like items in excellent conditions are suppose to be shipped. I contacted customer service and had no help to solve my problem. I’ll never buy items from Best Buy again!

This is the second PS five controller I had to buy since I got it in December 2020 both because the right analog stick drifts like and I am literally unable to play any games because of it. Why have I had my PS4 controller for eight years and never had this problem but now have had two ($70!!!!)controllers in one year? Loyal customers should not have to pay for this

Ps5 controller. A bit lame that it doesn’t come with its own charging cable, but that’s Sony’s fault, not Best Buy’s.

Controllers are faulty and break or wear easily, I got two controllers when I first bought the console, after 6 months both r2 buttons became very lose and and just lost its firmness , I bought a new one literally 1 month ago and it already has drift ugh, now I have to come back and get new one through my insurance, because I was afraid it might happen I bought the extra warranty.

Basic controller nothing fancy about it , it is giving me problems with the joystick .

I love the colorway, I do wish the controllers last long because stick drift is a real pain

It is a PS5 controller, If I knew the S-show that would be trying to purchase a PS5 I would never have picked this up. I highly recommend not getting any accessories.

Good quality controller. Only reason for 2 stars is the high price for what it is.

Sony made a great controller but the short battery life, especially for the price, is the reason for me to give it 3 stars.
