Second controller i bought out 4, very bad quality sony, the buttons and triggers are already messing up and being honest im not a very heavy gamer anymore neither do i give bad treatment to my controllers and consoles but really try to find a better option

Should have gotten the protection plan, almost a year Later and the left stick pulls to the left constantly making game play impossible. This has happened to both of our controllers

Bought this bc the black controller I got from PS direct had stick drift right out the box, turns out this one did as well. Meaning the majority of black PS5 controllers, 2/2 in my experience, are just bad. Recommend a newer gen.

Purple is the only one that I can think we can get my other players in the same way that would have to see if they are in a good place

Controller was great but would suddenly just disconnect from pc, waiting to see if stability improves.

Very happy with product was lucky got it for a really good price at Bestbuy having fun playing PlayStation with friends and families.

Thank God for Best Buys protection plans.... have had to replace every single one. They have a tendency to "drift" (according to my kids). The touchpads can be wonky. For something that is so easily dropped and most often used by kids they should make them a little better. Especially for the price.

Major drift in the left analog stick on pretty minimum use for gameplay. I also bought another regular White controller. That one completely died while charging. It died mid charge and won't turn back on. Both had a lifespan of less than 6 months on casual gameplay. And now playstation has increased the price on the controllers. It makes local multiplayer such an expensive hobby. How can Sony increase the price of a product with such minimal quality put into it.

Not even two months and my left thumbstick started drifting.

Returned it due to right thumbstick not registering movement consistently straight out of the box.

Its good but it is the exact same one thats in the box. All the colors are the same its all prefrence. It doesnt come with a charger

Nice controller. Except previous one broke less than a year old. Added warranty this time

Have had several of these controllers and after a while ALL of them have a joystick that doesn’t respond poperly and battery life shortened. You’d think for the price you could get a decent controller for a ps 5. Sony should be ashamed.

Sorry Playstation but I have owned every system and this launch has been horrible. Dont even have my system but I pulled this out of the box just to touch it and daydream before my actual PS5 arrives at BB and the controller has a sticky X button from the factory. Not good. Hope this isn't wide spread.

Hardely over a year later and it has stick drift!!

Hoping that the quality I have come to expect from Best Buy continues. This was purchased for my son in law as a Christmas gift.

I got the purple controller for Christmas in 2022. By the time Christmas of 2023 came, the controller was unusable. The stick drift was horrendous.

Good product but drift issue something to look for. Ready to get it replaced every now n then!

Had drifting issues after the 15 days so I couldn’t return it.
