Excellent build quality all around, almost as great as microsofts controllers this gen, but obviously prefer my ps5

It works as a controller.. nothing really much else. If you see a bad review its because they have an xbox or switch

I bought an open box PS5 controller in Excellent condition but this was far from excellent. This was the grimiest controller I had ever seen and had finger gunk still in the joystick. The buttons felt mushy and you can tell that button was used for a while. I repackaged it, washed my hands and returned as soon as it got delivered. Extremely disappointed with Best Buy's quality control.

[Employee of bestbuy] Love the controller while it works. The quality of these controllers are trash so make sure you get the protection plan. Have gone through 4 or 5 since the ps5 came out.

I am sure my brother will love it when he opens it for Christmas. I love the fact that it comes in different colors

For some reason this controller was terrible. I had to take one back cause it had a grinding problem, then the thumbtacks drifted after only a few months of use. I bought another one a year later and it was much better than this for some reason

Love the look. Nice to have another controller that doesnt look the same as the one that comes wirh the console.

I liked that there was a variety of colors to choose from, and the website showed what was in stock for pick up.

This the 2nd replacement they break easily. Get the insurance you will need it.

The absolute worst quality controller. After only owning the original controller, it broke down within 2 months of purchase. My son was so DEVASTATED as this was a big purchase he was saving up for. We finally broke down and bought another controller which after only 18 days had a glitch and Best Buy would not exchange because it was past the 15 DAYS! This is just unacceptable and money down the tube. I thought Best Buy had much better Customer Service but obviously not. They have lost me as a customer!!!

Do not buy the black, it wears out way to quick. Ive replaced 3 and theyll only replace with same color, even if others are cheaper, never had as many problems with any other color.

Amazing controller for the price. 100% satisfied with this wireless controller and enjoy using it while gaming.

I love this controller's design, I really do. My hands are on the smaller side, so I've always preferred Dualshocks over Xbox controller designs. I was pleasantly surprised that although the Dualsense is wide, it's thinner and still easier for me to grip compared to the Xbox Series X. I've used both equally for about the same amount of time (a month). I prefer the feel of the Dualsense by far. However... Now we get to the reason of the 1-star review. The Dualsense lasted exactly 4 weeks of gameplay before the right analogue stick started drifting. It started with a stuttering drift one minute and then full on drift the next. I keep my controllers clean and am generally gentle with them aside from long gaming sessions, and I've only had it four weeks, so... a fault in the design maybe? Either way I expected it to last at least 6 months to a year, not just a month.

You know you need more then one. Dont wait fir the controller to go dead. One shoukd always be on the charger.

Very nice control and it arrived early for my son's Christmas present, he will be very happy with this control

Amazing controller. Maybe have gotten a dud with low battery life.
