This controller has stick drift and I purchased this a month ago.

Ordered this item November 21st, here it is on Christmas day december 25th and still have not received my order. I have made 3 phone calls and was told I would receive my order by Christmas. I am HIGHLY disappointed. Would not recommended ordering online from best buy!!

Controller drifts... PlayStation needs to fix this problem....

I had two months with this controller, and now I have some issues this is horrible controls

Really good quality, Haptics are nice. Also its pretty straight forward to connect to ps5.

Looks red online but when i got it wasnt happy with the color so return it and got a white one

I purchased this PlayStation controller and have been very satisfied with it. The controller works perfectly, feels comfortable in hand, and performs exactly as expected during gameplay. Button response and overall build quality are excellent. What really stood out was the price — it was noticeably cheaper than other stores, while still being brand new and high quality. The purchase process was smooth, and overall this was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this controller to anyone looking for quality at a better price.

Although this item came fast. the controller was glitchy. I returned and bought a new one in store

PS5 controller works but creaks; poor quality feel and misalignments.

This is trash. It doesn't vibrates with any game, so we checked the settings are correct, and a couple of things and nothing worked. I purchased another one, and the newer controller came with the same issue. With the same problem!!! This is trash! The PS4 controllers worked much better than this trash.

It's a controller and it works well -- but seriously, why does this cost so much??!

Horrible controller drift in the second day of using it.

Headphone jack is already giving fuzzy audio. I've tried multiple cables and headsets/earbuds. This is my 3rd PS5 controller in theast few years with the same problem. At this point it seems intentional.

Usually great controllers but this one is messed up! Dies almost instantly and then buttons arent always registering.... had multiple controllers and my ps5 for years. Never had this issue. Cant return becuz we didnt open it until after the return date.
