Good controller ,but expect the controller life to vary depending on how often you play

I give it a five with control freaks. Does feel a little different from ps5 controller.

Controller didn’t last more than 2 weeks and started getting stick drift on the analog sticks. Can’t play video games with the right analog stick moving around without being touched

Super disappointed! I purchased this controller 2 weeks ago today. There is a drag in the left joystick and it randomly runs already. Started within the 1st week of purchase. Dedicated PlayStation since 1998. They HAVE to step up the quality here though. Please, PlayStation. Extra shout out to Best Buy’s Total Tech protection plan!

Stopped working out of nowhere. It moves on its own.

This controller so bad I bought it and I only use it for 2 days and now never work or charge

Good hand feel, quiet buttons, good ergonimics, great battery life, and you can connect it to up to 4 devices

Worked well for 11 months, left stick started glitching (known issue) - contacted Bestbuy support, they weren't helpful and just redirected to Playstation support. 1/5 - For an official Sony controller, I am used to at least 3 years of quality usage!

Could Bluetooth to phone, but since I do not own an actual ps5, I could not update the charger port of the controller to charge from the wall, so I could not reuse the controller: and had to return it the next day: also button’s don’t match, press X, na you mean Square…

Bought this one because the first one already has an issue. For context, I bought the first controller only two months ago. The first one has a non-working left D-pad button and the left trigger sticks. Hopefully this one does better. As a note, I wouldn't recommend the controller, but it's kind of a necessary item?

Only buy if you HAVE to use it. Stick drift started after less than a month of playing.
