Broke after 2 months. Then Sony wants me to pay for shipping

Love it, but every 2 or 3 months we have to replace it. Just stops working.

If you have to buy one get the one with replaceable inputs. Ive had to buy 4 replacement one so far. Im not hard or throw my controller. But this last one lasted 3 weeks before going out. The one previously last 3 months. The one I got with the console lasted a year.

Right trigger broke less than a month after owning and minimal use

Very disappointed I’ve been waiting since November 10th to either get a refund for the package shipped again and and or hear from somebody and nothing. But yet they can take the payments out without me having nothing yet.

Been working great so far, got it as an additional gaming pad.

Unfortunatly was not pleased with this product. overall not a good controller. even though i have big hands the controller still felt so big and awkard in my hands. was very eazy returning though thanks to my local best buy team

Not sure what’s going on but I just pulled this out the box and the left analog has bad drifting on it. Going for a return

Playstation Home Button did not work. I was very disappointed.

The left stick broke down so fast. I had the black controller and it lasted a year and a half then it started drifting, but when I replaced it with the camouflage color, it broke down in one month. I usually play COD WZ, so I use it exclusively.

Best controller but it feel like d joystick is not durable

It is a gift for my son in law. He has not opened it yet.

My controller stopped working after 4 months and I was using it lightly. It was a secondary controller for if my original one died while I was playing. Waste of money. It won't charge wirelessly or wired.
