Great product, works flawlessly with the game system

I bought this for my grandson. Of course he picked it out, but he was thrilled. It came in earlier than expected so that was a plus.

Its just like the ps4 controller looks almost like the new Xbox style.

Looks and feels great. I'm not sure how well the battery life is on the new controller, but i've learned that it is easy to replace the batteries.

I had a hard time trying to connect it since it's been 5 plus years of me having a console but once it connect i been having fun.

Purchased this cause i needed a second controller.

I wanted to like this controller. It looks cool, has buttons that feel similar to a D-pad, and it has high tech features like the adaptive triggers. But it is too bulky to accomodate all hand sizes and it is the only controller that allows you to play PS5 games. I felt buyer’s regret when holding it, especially because I’m used to the ergonomic feel of Xbox controllers. The fact that you are forced to use it for PS5 titles instead of being able to use a PS4 controller, which is much friendlier on small hands, is just maddening.

I've been gifted this for christmas and Unfortunately I have to warn other purchasers of this product. If you are buying this for PC gaming, just don't. For some reason, this controller is EXTREMELY picky about where and how it charges. This controller will not charge from a wall outlet or simply via USB C on my PC, no I had to go to my sister's house and charge my controller through her PS5!!! This controller will not charge any other way for me, you NEED a ps5 for this product to charge!!! It's ludicrous that this was designed this way, I see no other reason for them doing this besides to laugh at their customers and take their money. It works fine when it's physically wired to the PC, but it will NOT charge though...

Haptics are a game changer. I've used xbox controllers my whole life and the ps5 controller is on a whole other level.
