Good Controller

It was actually pretty difficult to just set up. It wouldn't pair with the Playstation 5. Eventually we got it to work, but only after unpairing the original controller. Other than that, it works great!

They complained that the first controller was glitching and not working properly. So I had to buy another one and another one.

For $15 more I might as well should’ve bought a new controller. The controller that arrived clearly had an open box - good tag on it. Unacceptable oversight.

Bad buy

I didnt grt a warenty on it so bestbuy said i was out of luck. Could just be this specific controller but still doesnt make it any better
