Not the one I wanted

The new code would have a "small" upper case A. This one has a big upper case A .

Bad condition

I didn’t use it right away — when I finally tried it, I realized it wasn’t functioning properly. This was really disappointing, especially since I expected that Open Box items would be tested and guaranteed to be in working condition. I reached out for help just one day past the regular return period, and was told I’d need to sign up for a paid membership just to return a faulty product. That doesn’t feel fair, considering the item arrived in non-working condition. I hope Best Buy can improve quality control for Open Box items and consider more reasonable return options when the product is clearly defective.
