Do NOT buy open box from Best Buy

Didn't come with original packaging or a cable. Defective product.

Bad controller

Poor customer service

Was told it was pulled multiple times and was told by a manager that he would personally call me when he figured it out and he never did went up to the store at least 6 times and never got it!!! Finally got it on the last possible day I could claim it and they had to pull it off a truck that they just got in it took forever to get this!
