Love the design, and good durability, ease use, and good quality

Honestly love the shade of red this is. And the DualSense controller is honestly the most advance controller in gaming right now, it feels great in the hands too!

Sony brand items like this controller last long and are reliable. As long as you treat it well. I have never had any problems with my dualsense controllers. My brother, however, does have problems with his because he is prone to bang his around and generally treat it worse. So it is a great product that you can really get mileage out of if you take care of it.

Best playstation controller ever and one the best period. Xbox controllers are definitely more ergonomic for me, but all the haptic feedback and analog variable resistance are not just gimmicks, they sure improve the gaming experience.

Love the color and I think the DualSense is the best controller I've ever used. I do wish there were some more accent color options (I think adding some white onto the controller would make the purple pop more) but otherwise this is a great controller.

Great controller , My nephew has one for his PlayStation at my brothers house so I decided to get one for when he comes over. He’s obsessed with Fortnite so it’s perfect.

I had my original controller since launch of the PS5. The left stick started drifting really bad and really impacted my performance especially in multiplayer. But I couldn't be mad, that controller had lasted 5 years? That's pretty darn impressive. I ended up choosing this controller as my replacement. And it brought me back to playing and how it had felt to use the PS5 controller for the first once again. The adaptive triggers truly are one of the best upgrades introduced on this generation.

Love the color, got this mainly for that. Did need a new controller, functions just like the others. A bit pricey, but it’s high quality so you get what you pay for.

This controller has held up pretty well so far! The battery lasts longer and no stick drift.

I haven’t tried the PS5 controller yet, but I want to highlight the excellent customer service at Best Buy.
