After my cat knocked my original PS5 controller off a table and onto the hard, tile floor the X button ceased to function, leaving me unable to use the console. I ordered a replacement online, and to my delight within just a few days it arrived to my doorstep, saving me a 30 mile round trip. Within just a few minutes I was back in control and earning experience points once again. I still have the offending cat responsible for the original controller's untimely plummet, and if such a thing were to happen yet again, I would definitely choose to repeat this purchase, as the price, quality, and convenient delivery left me nothing but satisfied.

Purple looks good. Controller works perfectly. I thought I could change the color the controller puts out. I think there’s a way to do it with a pc but I didn’t really realize that purple is a dark color and the secondary color is black so it doesn’t stand out as much as I wanted

I picked up a ps5 controller for my little cousin. She has needed one for a while now and I finally had the time to get one for her. I called my local Best Buy and spoke to a nice employee named Carlos. He was so helpful, talking me through the online order process. I ordered the controller and went to pick it up later that day. The process was quick and easy. I spoke with the cashier, a lovely woman by the name of Tina. She quickly found my item, scanned it and had me on my way in less then five minutes. I would recommend Best Buy for anyone who might be a little intimidated by the online process. They have the ( excuse the pun.) Best customer service and the workers are patient and helpful.

The color is everything that I wanted!! Did think the color would be these bright which I’m so happy for glad the picture did it justice

My favorite color and beautiful controller. This controller is just like a regular controller but in a very nice color scheme.

I absolutely love the controller, so smooth and efficient and obviously blue is my favorite color 10/10 love Sony and PlayStation. Just bought another controller today and read absolutely love it.

Good old PS5 dualsense controller but in a nice camouflage design.

Too expensive but a great controller overall. Wish they would add more features considering how many iterations I have had to buy, some seemingly just bc the systems changed generations. Wish they would do more with the touchpad in the middle but whenever they do I don’t like it. Astrobot is the best game to play to showcase all the features of the controller. I’m changing my response to 5 stars because I just remembered you can blow in the thing!

The grey color looks amazing and keeps its shine even when the controller isnt fully clean. Definitely worth it if youre looking for a controller that stands out withiut being too much. A few months in with no stick drift but get the Geek squad protection in case you’re worried about that issue.

Control was delivered quickly & efficiently saving me a trip & gas money. Have had no issues with it, not even a scratch on it or the packaging. Color is bright, grip is great & buttons are on point. Will be buying more controllers & other products this week. Love it

The silver goes well with the dualsense controller imo. Reminds me of the classics ps1 controller a bit. This has become our main controller. Photo doesn’t do justice for quality and craftsmanship into the item itself. I’d recommend this over a fancy 200 dollar controller tbh

This is a good controller because if you guys become a total Best Buy member, it is a really good deal on it. I got it for $45 with the points and the membership that made it $54 because I got on Black Friday so I really recommend that you guys become a total member because usually PlayStation controllers are $70 and that’s a lot of money so if you guys become a total member it’s really worth it and their controllers last a long time so by the time when you’re controller starts to feel faulty, you have the membership and you can get a new one for free after a year
