The controller seems like it is covered with a glitter instead of of the matte finish. Look at a picture of an actual controller before purchasing.

Right out of the box, it had issues—buttons were unresponsive, and the analog stick drift made gameplay nearly impossible. I tried troubleshooting and even updated the firmware, but nothing worked. For the price, I expected much better quality and reliability. I had to return it and am now hesitant to buy a replacement. Definitely a frustrating experience
