Since there is no official sony driver for this controller we have to use generic windows game controller driver/steam in order for it function in most games. Since a lot of their games are going to be coming to pc they need to start supporting the hardware with official drivers. Other than that it is a good controller.

The quality was absolutely awesome and it works perfectly. I see no reason to not buy open box items from Best Buy, they are always great!
