I bought the PlayStation 5 DualSense Wireless Controller in Cosmic Red from Best Buy for my son, and he’s thrilled with it! The color is stunning—bold and vibrant, making it stand out from the standard options. The controller itself works perfectly, just as you’d expect from Sony. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers make gaming feel so immersive. My son says it’s super comfortable to hold during long gaming sessions. Best Buy provided Associates provided great service, so it was a pleasant shopping experience. If you’re looking for a unique and high-quality controller, the Cosmic Red DualSense is a great choice. Purchased this Controller 2 years ago and it's still going strong. Very durable and high quality, and it looks amazing. No issues with connectivity and it is still responsive with all the many hours of gameplay. The price purchased at Best Buy was very cheap, especially considering the much higher price other retailers had it listed as. It arrived brand new and well packaged. Highly recommended.

I love these new controllers. Being an avid sony playstation fan, I have owned every console. At first I did not like the design, it seemed a bit heavier...but after a couple of months of using it...I prefer it. It feels like I have a good grip on it, and it won't slip. The handles have an even more comfortable grip than the ps4 controllers, so it is definitely worth the price. I feel these controllers will last longer than the ps4 ones due to heavier feel and more durable design.

It has become my preferred way to play on PC because it simply feels natural and premium compared to other controllers I've tried. These days my gaming habits have changed. Instead of focusing only on competitive shooters, I've been enjoying completely different experiences, especially Forza Horizon 6 on PC. The comfort of the DualSense during long sessions is incredible, and the feedback makes every race more immersive. Whether I'm pushing for maximum speed, taking corners aggressively, or drifting through beautiful roads. the controller feels precise and connected to every movement. Even on PC, the experience feels fantastic. Some of my favorite moments aren't even about competition. They're the simple moments of playing FIFA with my brothers, laughing together, celebrating goals, and creating memories that will last much longer than any victory screen. That's what makes this controller special to me. The DualSense isn't just my favorite controller because of its technology or design. It's because every time I pick it up and turn on my PS5-or connect it to my PC-I can forget about daily stress for a while and enjoy the games love. It has been part of years of memories, competition, fun, and family time. For me, that's what makes the DualSense more than a controller. It's a part of some of my best gaming memories, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect balance of comfort, performance, and unforgettable experiences.

The Cosmic Red DualSense controller looks amazing in person the color really pops. It feels great to hold and the haptic feedback makes games so much more fun and realistic. The battery lasts a good while too. Overall, it’s a solid mix of style and performance.

It's smoother than other controllers I have used in the past and has not had stick drift yet even after a year of owning this product. In the past I have had trouble with this controller but the one I bought from best buy has no problems.

Picked this controller up for my daighter. She loves the color. PS5 controllers are durable and fits perfectly in the hands.

The PS4 controller was ALMOST perfect. The Switch Pro controller is perfect. This controller stands firmly in-between the two. Pros: This is the second most comfortable controller I've ever used (I have huge palms and short sausage fingers). The Xbox controller makes my hands fatigue quickly (I use the Elite Series 2 to combat this) so I minimize Xbox play. The PS4 controller, while mostly comfortable, has literally cut my fingers with the sharp edges near the triggers while playing platformers. The Switch Pro controller is my FAVORITE and this is similar. No fatigue, I played Horizon: Zero Dawn for 8+ hours at a time, which also means excellent battery life, and feels very solid like the Switch Pro controller. Cons: I've never been a fan of lights on my controller as a distraction. While, after dimming the lights, they aren't totally distracting, they're still annoying. Can't I just have the option to turn them off instead of dim? Other than that, my only complaint is the sharp edges in a couple of spots. They aren't going to cut me like the PS4 trigger cutouts, but they aren't perfectly smooth and rounded like the Switch Pro. Fix that and this is an incredible controller. Other thoughts: Durability is an issue. Not yet for me, but it will be. This is one of those controllers with guaranteed drift. Buy the replacement plan on it. You'll need it.
