The grips are more fluid and larger so it does not tire your hand to hold for long periods. Buttons and L/R feel higher quality and the haptic feedback on the top buttons is a nice touch. However, I can’t help but think that the feedback feature is just another thing to break. The joysticks still feel cheap so I am afraid one solid drop would ruin the controller. Even with just a $5 jump in price from the PS4 controller, I feel it is overpriced. $55-60 would be more ideal.

This is my main controller. Other than that it’s a normal ps5 controller. The accidental coverage is added plus for 2 years!
