Not every game uses all of its features, but when they do it’s quite impressive. And in simpler use cases it is still a great, comfortable controller.

Haptic feedback and dynamic triggers are cool. Feels good in the hand, slightly larger than the PS4 controller.

However, the controller was in mint condition and was essentially brand new. It connected right to the console without even having to plug it in first. And it even came with the latest firmware update right out of the open box. Always consider open box or refurb purchases when looking for peripherals!

My son and husband plays video games none stop and the controller works just as great today as if it’s brand new!!!! And we had it well over a year no complaints
