I purchased an open-box PlayStation 5 controller advertised as fully functional. It arrived defective out of the box and never worked properly. I reached out to Best Buy immediately after returning from a work trip, but both the store and online support refused to help, hiding behind their return window even though the product was sold in non-working condition. It’s unacceptable for a company of this size to sell defective merchandise and then push the responsibility onto the manufacturer. I wasn’t asking for a refund, only an exchange for a working item. The lack of accountability and customer service has completely destroyed my confidence in Best Buy. Buy new or buy elsewhere, but do not trust Best Buy’s open-box program.

Love the color of the controller! Works great, just like the controller that comes with the PS5 but, in a different color. Makes gaming more fun

My son loves this controller. It works as well as the one that came with his PS5 and he really likes the camouflage on it. So far it is great!

Controller for my PS5, good price, lowered a day or two before I got it.

Great feel and response. I wish the L3 and R3 buttons had a different material on them. Makes it hard to get good stick movement when your hands are sweating.

Needed a second controller and works great like the standard. Love the color because it reminds me of my fav N64 controller when I was growing up

Forgot these didn’t come with the rechargeable battery pack. Otherwise 5x

Stick drift across multiple controllers. Useless afterwards and very frustrating to play with. This must be a problem for other users. Fix it and let us return defective controllers.

It was on sale and i had to pick it up. All the same features as my original white one but now i can't find it as easy when tossed on my couch :)

Awesome controller. Everywhere was sold out but Bestbuy was the only place that had the controller in stock couple days before Christmas.

Got a lemon! Left analog stick crapped out a month after purchase. It happens. Still a great controller, just had to replace.

Nothing wrong with the controller, but hoping the joysticks last longer than my first!

[Employee of bestbuy] Controller is very comfortable however after a few months something is bound to break. Either the analog sticks or the left or right bumpers. If you are purchasing make sure you add warranty.

I love the new remote controller Sony came out with for the ps5. The only down side is the battery runs out of juice quickly, that’s why I got this second one.

More than one sense, one could say twin sense. Double sense. Sony says dual sense! Ok I call it the two sense but I like it its a good controller
