The dualsense controller is slightly bigger and the palm areas are a bit bigger as well. Only issue is that the right trigger became overly sensitive after a month and a half of use. Sending it back to Sony today for warranty.

But im giving it 3 stars because i have to replace my controllers 6-8 months after due to stick drift, not very long lasting for a gamer.
