Even though Volcanic Red is new color to me, my favorite color is red anyways. Now I have 2 different red controller because it was at the best price here at BestBuy. I am still using it today, switch off every once in a while when it runs out of battery. This controller didn't give me any problems. I've been always updating it on PS5 and make sure it's clean and ready to use once in a while. It came in good condition, it wasn't used and came packed up in the box unopened. Red always, thank you!

Love the triggers with the haptic feedback. Also purchased a geek squad protection plan with it. 2 years replacement plan, and i would highly recommend it

Sure the graphics on the console are a bit better, but the controller is something else. It's so good that the Microsoft Xbox team sent out a survey to insiders asking if people would buy a similarly designed Xbox controller. Most of you already have PS5s, so you know how good it is.

All I can say is it works great for about 6 months then my son says it starts “Drifting” and then I have to go buy a new one. Lately I’ve been buying the extended warranty from Best Buy for $20 and using that so go ahead and buy the 2 year warranty that Best Buy sells
