Grip, color, movement and experience is perfect. Definitely needed.

Needed a new controller after my other one has stick drift and so far no issues on this one.

Love the new PS5 controller. The active response of the triggers is one of the best features they could have included. Comparing it to the PS4 controller * Larger, frame. The grips go a little deeper as well. If you have bigger hands this is way more comfortable. * the buttons have a lower clicking threshold. You only have to click about half as hard which can feel weird at first but it's better. *Construction is very solid, great plastics . I've always been happy with my PS controllers they are built to last. My only disappointment is that PS5 controllers do not currently work on PS4. Oddly enough they will work on a PS3. This is a software issue and not a hardware issue, i'm sure this will be worked on in the future.

It's an official Sony brand PS5 controller. Not sure what else to say other than it's a definite improvement over the PS4's cheaper feeling controllers.

Love the ps5 controller as it is, the color is just a plus. I honestly wanted the purple version but best buy did not carry it at the moment. I will just get it later.

The red is almost a matte color but it is pretty. I am satisfied with my purchase.

It’s a lil more heavy the ps4 controller but I like it , plus the mic is incorporate and the mute bottom to was very easy to chat white your friends online during the Match

This was an open box product and it was unreal! The quality was absolutely awesome and it works perfectly. I see no reason to not buy open box items from Best Buy, they are always great!
