Ps5 Remote. Good. But last about a year before you need a new one .

Wàs great until the stick drive stuck and now doesn't work. This is the 2nd controller to do same thing in 9 months.

I bought my PS5 and added the extra controller. I am not a hard-core gamer. I play on the weekends occasionally. Both of my controllers do not work properly after 1 year. For 75.00 a controller that is not cool.

Would have enjoyed a second controller for my system but it would not take a charge.

I went out of my way to buy this controller when I didn't need to, and less than 6 months of use left it with the most annoying stick drift I've had. It's not worth it and the repeated hardware failures on these controllers is so obviously planned. Don't even bother until Sony decides to invest in hall effect sticks

Only reason 3 stars is because the color. Otherwise these get stick drift and battery life isnt good

Drift stick continues to plague this device, I have replaced it 3x's already for the same problem.

I just bought the control and It is already having issue with the R2 button just stops working. Best Buy quality has really gone down in the past 3 years.

Garbage, won't turn on. No significant damage and no damage to charger port but it won't even charge. It literally just stopped working like some invisible hand phased through the controller and snatched the battery out.

The square button is broken and gets stuck and doesn’t work properly

It feels of, im still not used to it. I miss the grip of the dualshock 4

that red one is a little bit stiff. The buttons are not very flexible.

Initially this product is amazing, however for a gamer, it's not sustainable and stick drift happens quick.

These controllers work for a minute and then immediately start "drifting," it's not even funny and completely becomes unusable. I'm shocked Playstation still makes/sell these controllers in 2025. Just buy the DualSense Edge controller for your console which has Replaceable Stick Modules and Caps. I know it's the pricey alternative, but spending money on these base DualSense controllers over and over again will just inevitably become a stack of paperweights.

Works good but playstation controllers are made cheap.

You really want my feedback? Ok here it goes... I purchased a Dual Sense, I noticed it was the wrong color and the store denied me of an exchange. Ok, I I approach the store manager and he thought it was funny to tell me he's not the manager but the guy on the picture is his twin. He obviously was not interested in my concern. I still came back and purchased a microwave and a pair of Beats, they had no issue taking my card and swiping it. Now here's the kicker and shame on Best Buy, they lowered the price on the microwave, I came back with the receipt to see if I can get it at that price and I was also denied. I'm telling you 3 strikes in less than a week and at the same location. Happy Holidays and shop wisely.

Okay, I only received half my order. I ORDERED 2 CONTROLLERS. IT SAYS YOU SENT OUT 2, but I ONLY GOT THE ONE. Who do I need to talk to, to get my other controller?

Not a fan of this controller. It feels to mechanic for me. I enjoy the PS3/2 controllers most.
