Sony brand items like this controller last long and are reliable. As long as you treat it well. I have never had any problems with my dualsense controllers. My brother, however, does have problems with his because he is prone to bang his around and generally treat it worse. So it is a great product that you can really get mileage out of if you take care of it.

This dualsense color is one of the best you can buy

This controller has a great design and appearance. It has great quality and is easy to use right out of the box.

I had my original controller since launch of the PS5. The left stick started drifting really bad and really impacted my performance especially in multiplayer. But I couldn't be mad, that controller had lasted 5 years? That's pretty darn impressive. I ended up choosing this controller as my replacement. And it brought me back to playing and how it had felt to use the PS5 controller for the first once again. The adaptive triggers truly are one of the best upgrades introduced on this generation.

This controller has held up pretty well so far! The battery lasts longer and no stick drift.

I haven’t tried the PS5 controller yet, but I want to highlight the excellent customer service at Best Buy. Initially, they almost couldn’t find the controller, but associate Brandon went the extra mile and found it for me. His genuineness and attentiveness provided a satisfying shopping experience. It’s the Duelsense you know and maybe love. Personally, I like the design a lot. Have grown quite accustomed to the heftier size. For this review specifically however I must say that the purple is quite nice! It’s certainly on the darker end, but considering I moved from a Black one to the Purple, it does the job. (Would love a pastel one, though!) If buying due to a messed up controller, you can be sure that you’re getting a new one when buying the Purple. The first run of controllers had more common problems.

Best priced open box option available by far and the condition was exceptional conpared to other retailers. Purchasing from the app is a Godsend as it allows you to chose the color of the controller, what condition you want to chose from as Best Buy has fair, good and excellent. Finally you can chose the location to pick it up or have it shipped to you. I pciked it up at my local store but clukd have had it dleivered in 2 days. I also love the freedom of payment methods offered in case you cant afford the full cost you can opt for the pay over time method via zip. Overall, best shopp8ng experience buying a new controller: an endeavor seemingly only getting mire difficult!

I have been waiting for more color options for the PS5 DualSense Wireless Controller to come out since I got the PS5 console upon release day. Although there was a long wait for this to finally release, I am more than pleased with the color option. It looks amazing in red like this and feels great! However, I am still wondering as to why they needed to up the retail price $5 for this one specific color option compared to the other colors. In addition I do wish there was a way to have had a different light color option of some kind to better go with the red. Overall, still great and not complaining! :)

The touchpad, integrated light bar, and the 'Create' button are other features that add to the overall appeal and functionality of the controller. In conclusion, the PS5 controller elevates the gaming experience to a new level. Despite the slightly shorter battery life, it's a worthy investment for any avid gamer. Dualsense controllers are simply the best. Ive always preferred the Playstation layout over the xbox. The weight, the buttons, the haptic feedback...all wonderful. This particular controller seems to have improved battery life too! Ive played at least 4 hours no charge without losing a notch on the indicator.
