They’re built solid and feel sturdy in hand. Appreciate the slight textured surface and button response. I play casually and battery life is pretty solid, as well. I’m not a big fan of white, so the other color options are great to have!

After having it in my hands and playing it though, it's the best controller Sony has designed yet. It feels great. I like that it's easy to identify which controller is which by the number of lights lit up on the controller. The haptic feedback and speaker is amazing in games like Astro's Playroom. I wish more games took advantage of those.

Great controller, poor quality

The hepatic feedback and more sensitive controls are great. It works well from a distance and the charge lasts a decent amount of time. I would give this a higher rating but the quality and durability are not there yet. I have four of these controllers. One I had to return because it had stick drift out of the box. Not a slight drift, but it was forcing the focus to the upper right, so I could not play. A second controller, the X button is already sticking or not responding. A third after a decent amount of play the thumb sticks are having issues. The controller is great when it works, but one of four is not good quality control.
